Bebê morre ao tomar injeção com dipirona em UPA de Goiás
A pequena Ayslla Helena Souza Lopes, de 5 meses, morreu após supostas complicações derivadas de uma injeção com dipirona, aplicada em Unidade de Pronto Atendimento (UPA). O caso ocorreu no município de Trindade, em Goiás, na segunda-feira (7), e está sendo investigado. As informações são do g1.
Conforme a família da vítima, ela foi diagnosticada com a doença “mão-pé-boca”. No dia, a médica prescreveu um medicamento injetável na veia, mas a enfermeira responsável não encontrou o vaso e pediu para aplicar no músculo, o que foi autorizado.
Segundo a mãe da criança, após tomar o remédio e retornar para casa, Ayslla apresentou piora, e surgiu uma ferida com secreção no lugar da aplicação. O boletim médico apontou a morte de Ayslla como tendo sido causada por insuficiência respiratória e choque séptico e que a injeção aplicada contribuiu para a morte.
Em nota, a Prefeitura de Trindade disse que instaurou sindicância administrativa interna, junto ao Núcleo de Segurança do Paciente, para verificar se houve “algum equívoco na assistência prestada à paciente em relação às prescrições e modo de administração de medicamentos”.
