Crianças vão para a escola penduradas em carroceria de veículo da prefeitura em Alcântaras
Em nota, a Secretaria de Transportes e Rodovias de Alcântaras afirma que a localidade é uma região de “difícil acesso, na qual somente veículos 4x4, como D-20, conseguem transitar”.
Um veículo escolar foi flagrado realizando o transporte irregular de crianças no município de Alcântaras. Em vídeos publicados nas redes sociais, moradores mostraram a situação perigosa na qual os estudantes são levados para a escola.
O caso aconteceu na localidade do Sítio Bela Vista, na zona rural do município. Nas imagens, é possível ver o carro, um modelo Chevrolet D-20, com vários estudantes na carroceria. Pela lotação do veículo, alguns vão, inclusive, pendurados, com os pés apoiados nos degraus da parte traseira.
De acordo o Código de Trânsito Brasileiro (CTB), transportar passageiros na carroceria é uma infração gravíssima. A multa para quem transportar passageiros na parte externa dos veículos pode chegar a R$191,54.22 e o motorista recebe 7 pontos na Carteira Nacional de Habilitação (CNH).
Em nota, a Secretaria de Transportes e Rodovias de Alcântaras afirma que a localidade é uma região de “difícil acesso, na qual somente veículos 4×4, como D-20, conseguem transitar”. A pasta também destacou que já está tomando as providências necessárias para regularizar o trânsito na região e que está realizando obras de pavimentação para melhorar o acesso à localidade.
