Deputado diz que africanos e brasileiros são burros, e pode ter mandato cassado
O deputado federal Gustavo Gayer (PL-GO) relacionou a existência de ditaduras em países da África à falta de “capacidade cognitiva” da população, e disse que o “Brasil está emburrecido” e “segue o mesmo caminho das nações africanas”. A declaração em um podcast, feita na semana passada, motivou um pedido de cassação do parlamentar por racismo no Conselho de Ética da Câmara. Gayer já é alvo de outras duas representações no colegiado da Casa.
Na conversa, um dos youtubers afirmou que o QI da população africana seria menor que o de macacos. “Sabia que tem macaco com QI de 90? O QI na África é de 72.″ Em seguida, o deputado complementou, dizendo que a suposta falta de capacidade cognitiva influenciaria o surgimento de regimes totalitários.
“Quase tudo lá é ditadura. Democracia não prospera na África. Por quê? Para você ter uma democracia, você tem que ter o mínimo de capacidade cognitiva de entender o bom e o ruim e o certo e o errado. Então, tentaram fazer democracia na África várias vezes. Mas o que acontece? Um ditador toma conta de tudo e o povo ‘êêê’. O Brasil está desse jeito, o Lula chegou na Presidência e o povo ‘êê, picanha e cerveja”, afirmou Gayer no podcast na última sexta-feira, 23.
Nesta quarta-feira, 28, as deputadas federais Duda Salabert (PDT-MG) e Tabata Amaral (PSB-SP) afirmaram que vão apresentar pedido de cassação do mandato do parlamentar do PL no Conselho de Ética.
Nas redes sociais, Salabert acusou o deputado do PL de racismo. “A Câmara não pode ser espaço para racista! Deveria ser preso além de perder o mandato”, disse. Tabata afirmou que Gayer havia propagado um preconceito racial “escancarado” e cobrou providências do Legislativo: “Chega do Congresso ser tolerante com falas criminosas e preconceituosas”.
Em resposta às deputadas, Gayer publicou um vídeo dizendo que a frase dele foi tirada de contexto, e que o QI dos países africanos seria menor que outros por conta da subnutrição, “que afetaria a educação e o conhecimento” e seria espalhada de forma proposital pelos ditadores.
‘Pacheco vendeu a alma’
Além do comentário sobre a população africana, Gayer fez ataques ao Senado e ao PT. Questionado pelos youtubers sobre a aprovação da indicação do nome de Cristiano Zanin ao Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), o parlamentar afirmou que o Senado está “comprado” e que a Câmara seria “um obstáculo” para o PT de Lula, na qual se referiu como “facção criminosa”.
O deputado disse também que o presidente do Senado, Rodrigo Pacheco (PSD-MG) vendeu a “alma, a mãe e os filhos” para ser escolhido como futuro ministro da Suprema Corte. A próxima vaga a ser aberta é a da ministra Rosa Weber, que se aposentará em outubro.
“O Senado está comprado. Só a Câmara dos Deputados representa um obstáculo ainda para essa facção criminosa (o Partido dos Trabalhadores). O Senado está comprado. Não estou dizendo que os senadores do PL são, mas os senadores do PL já entenderam… Cara, conseguimos nenhuma comissão. (…) O Pacheco já vendeu a alma, já vendeu a mãe, já vendeu os filhos, já vendeu tudo por uma cadeira no STF”, disse.
Feminismo
Em outro momento do podcast, o deputado criticou o feminismo, chamando o movimento de “a ideologia que f… com a sociedade” ao colocar “as mulheres contra os homens”. O corte do trecho foi publicado por Gayer em suas redes sociais.
“O feminismo é um câncer que, desculpa, vou falar a verdade, f… com a nossa sociedade. (…) ‘Ah, o feminismo defende as mulheres’, defende p… nenhuma. O feminismo colocou as mulheres contra os homens, o feminismo está incutindo na cabeça da mulher uma perversidade tamanha, que é ‘cuidar da família não é importante, o importante é sua carreira’”, afirmou.
O parlamentar foi procurado pelo Estadão para esclarecer os pronunciamentos feitos no podcast, mas não retornou até a publicação desta reportagem.
Conselho de Ética
Além do pedido de cassação pelas declarações no podcast, Gayer é alvo de outras duas representações. No início de junho, a deputada federal Silvye Alves (União-GO) acionou o Conselho de Ética contra Gayer. O parlamentar havia publicado, nas suas redes sociais, uma montagem com nomes e fotos de todos os deputados goianos que haviam votado a favor da MP dos Ministérios, aprovada pela Câmara, afirmando que “se renderam ao PT”.
Em maio, deputados estaduais do PT goiano apresentaram denúncias ao Conselho de Ética e ao Ministério Público Federal (MPF) após o parlamentar postar a foto de uma professora de Artes que utilizou uma camisa com a frase “Seja marginal, seja herói”, do poeta Hélio Oiticica. Após a divulgação nas redes sociais do parlamentar, a profissional de ensino foi demitida.
