Uma ofensiva deflagrada pela Polícia Civil do Estado do Ceará (PC-CE) resultou na captura de duas mulheres que estavam sendo investigadas pelo envolvimento em um crime de tentativa de homicídio, que ocorreu em fevereiro deste ano, na cidade de Sobral.
Ao todo, sete mandados judiciais – sendo dois de prisão e cinco de busca e apreensão – foram cumpridos durante os trabalhos que iniciaram nas primeiras horas da manhã desta quarta-feira (28).
A primeira fase da operação “Éden” foi coordenada pelo Núcleo de Homicídios e Proteção à Pessoa (NHPP), da Delegacia Regional de Sobral, e contou com o apoio operacional das demais equipes da Delegacia Regional de Sobral; do Núcleo de Combate ao Tráfico de Drogas e Armas (NCTDA); do Núcleo de Roubos e Furtos, da Delegacia Municipal de Sobral; e da Delegacia de Defesa da Mulher (DDM) de Sobral.
Com as ofensivas, foram cumpridos dois mandados de prisão preventiva e cinco mandados de busca e apreensão domiciliar, onde foram apreendidos aparelhos celulares que serão utilizados em novas investigações.
Conforme o trabalho investigativo, o núcleo especializado identificou duas mulheres que teriam envolvimento em um crime de tentativa de homicídio na cidade.
As suspeitas foram identificadas como sendo Francisca Vanessa Oliveira Silva, de 35 anos, e Luciana Alves Holanda, de 41 anos. Com as informações apuradas, a unidade da Polícia Civil representou ao Poder Judiciário pela prisão preventiva das duas suspeitas e pela busca e apreensão de objetos que teriam ligação com o crime em imóveis relacionados às investigações.
As duas mulheres foram localizadas e conduzidas para a Delegacia Regional de Sobral, onde os mandados de prisão preventiva pelo crime de tentativa de homicídio foram cumpridos. O NHPP segue com as investigações em andamento com o objetivo de identificar outros envolvidos no crime.
