Ex-prefeito de Barroquinha Ademar inelegível até 2031 | Justiça decreta fraude no julgamento da Câmara e pastor Jodeal poderá ser afastado
O Poder Judiciário de Chaval, por meio de sentença assinada pelo Juiz Dr. Alan Augusto do Nascimento, anulou os atos praticados pelo Vereador Pastor Jodeal Alcântara na sessão da Câmara Municipal de Barroquinha, que votou as contas do Ex-Prefeito Ademar Pinto Veras, realizada no dia 31 de março de 2023.
Atendendo ao pedido do Vereador Ronny Araújo (PDT), o Juiz de Direito acatou a denúncia de que o Presidente do Legislativo Vereador Pastor Jodeal Alcântara teria tentado realizar uma manobra legislativa para limpar o nome do Ex-Prefeito Ademar Pinto Veras por meio da Câmara de Vereadores. O plano não deu certo porque Ademar não conseguiu os votos suficientes para derrubar o parecer do Tribunal de Contas, que o havia condenado em razão do rombo milionário no INSS dos servidores de Barroquinha-Ce.
Segundo o denunciante, o Vereador Pastor Jodeal Alcantara, utilizando as prerrogativas Presidente da Mesa Diretora da Câmara Municipal, tentou implantar uma nulidade no julgamento deixando de ofertar direito de defesa à Ademar, para que este reclamasse judicialmente e assim pudesse arriscar a ter sua candidatura deferida no futuro.
Aconteceu o contrário, pois o Judiciário, acompanhando o parecer do Ministério Público, detectou que Pastor Jodeal teria deixado essa nulidade implantada no processo, fato que beneficiaria Ademar, e decretou a anulação do julgamento conduzido pelo vereador na Câmara Municipal.
Em virtude da comprovação da falha, o denunciante pediu o afastamento do Vereador Pastor Jodeal Alcântara, para que não conduza mais o julgamento, acusando-o inclusive de cometer crime contra a Constituição Federal, cuja pena pode resultar em cassação de mandato.
