Exercícios Físicos estimulam o desejo sexual dos Homens revela estudo
Recentemente, um estudo divulgado pelas Universidades Siegen e Trier, ambas na Alemanha, apontou que homens que realizam exercícios físicos por alguns minutos por dia são mais propensos a sentirem maior desejo sexual do que aqueles que fazem pouco ou nenhuma atividade física..
Isso porque, segundo a pesquisa, apenas três minutos de exercícios são suficientes para estimular o sistema nervoso simpático, que governa a resposta do corpo a excitação.
Teste de intensidade dos exercícios
Para a execução do estudo, foram selecionados 45 estudantes universitários saudáveis do sexo masculino, que não estavam abaixo do peso nem obesos, não tinham doenças psiquiátricas ou subjacentes nem eram fumantes. Durante a pesquisa, os voluntários foram divididos aleatoriamente entre o grupo de controle, que exercia pouca energia, e a equipe de exercícios.
Neste último grupo, eles tiveram que segurar um dispositivo de medição em 45% de sua força máxima de pressão e mantê-la por três minutos. Por sua vez, a turma do controle segurou o equipamento com apenas 10% de pressão seguido de um descanso de sete minutos.
Os resultados demonstraram que aqueles que exerceram maior energia tiveram frequência cardíaca mais alta do que aqueles que executaram pouca energia, sugerindo que a prática de alta intensidade de atividades físicas aumenta o desejo sexual.
“A atividade física vai promover melhorias no sistema cardiovascular, ou seja, o coração é um músculo e, quando você faz exercício de alta intensidade, que faz o coração bater mais forte, você aumenta a circulação sanguínea, que é fundamental para que o homem tenha um apetite sexual aumentado e uma boa ereção”, expõe Caio Signoretti.
Impacto dos estímulos visuaiS
Além dos resultados cardíacos, a pesquisa também constatou que os voluntários que exerceram mais energia mostraram dilatação pupilar mais rápida quando apresentados a imagens sexuais. Para isso, os cientistas apresentaram aos homens fotos retratando violência, sexo, esporte, atividade física e situações do cotidiano e, por meio de um dispositivo ocular, mediram o reflexo do piscar de olhos de cada pessoa.
“Em conjunto, nossas descobertas fornecem fortes evidências para o aprimoramento do processamento sexual pela exposição aguda ao estresse em homens e sugerem envolvimento diferencial de mecanismos parassimpáticos [responsáveis por fazerem o organismo se acalmar após situações de estresse] versus simpáticos [encarregados de alterar o organismo em situações de estresse, deixando o indivíduo em alerta]”, escreveram os autores do estudo.
Atividades físicas que melhoram a vida sexual
Conforme dados de um estudo publicado no jornal científico “PubMed Central”, 31% dos homens que possuem alguma disfunção sexual detêm como principais causas a obesidade e o sedentarismo. Sendo assim, praticar atividade física regularmente melhora a saúde do corpo e da mente, aumentando, como indica a pesquisa alemã, o desempenho sexual.
“A musculação é o melhor tipo de exercício para melhorar o desempenho sexual, por conta do aumento da testosterona. Além disso, a melhora do sistema cardiovascular também é uma consequência, não só da musculação, mas também do treinamento aeróbico, desde que tenha alta intensidade…”, explica Caio Signoretti.
Ademais, o profissional indica o fortalecimento do assoalho pélvico, visto que exercícios que trabalham este músculo evitam a ejaculação precoce e melhoram o tempo de ereção. “O fortalecimento do assoalho pélvico é extremamente importante, e essa é uma musculatura que a pessoa consegue estimular até mesmo sentada e sem máquina. Uma maneira de fazer isso é contraindo os músculos da área genital por 10 segundos e descansando por 10 segundos em um período de 5 a 20 séries. Inclusive, também dá para fazer essa contração durante os exercícios físicos ou, até mesmo, no carro”, finaliza Caio Signoretti.
