Gasolina e etanol podem ficar mais caros; veja previsão
Impostos federais cobrados sobre a gasolina e o etanol serão retomados hoje, quinta-feira, 29 de junho. A informação é da Associação Brasileira dos Importadores de Combustíveis (Abicom). Segundo a entidade, a alta será de R$ 0,34 para a gasolina e de R$ 0,22 para o etanol.
A volta dos tributos ocorre após o Congresso não votar medida provisória sobre o tema. A previsão era os impostos retomarem no dia 1⁰ de julho.
A Medida Provisória que zerava os impostos federais durou de março de 2022 até 28 de fevereiro deste ano.
A partir disso, a cobrança de PIS/Cofins e Cide foi anunciada com retorno gradual, conforme anúncio de 1⁰ de março deste ano, por decisão do Governo Federal.
Anteriormente, o óleo diesel e o gás de cozinha continuariam zerados em impostos federais até o fim do ano.
Porém, para compensar a prorrogação do programa de carros populares, o Governo já falou em reonerar o diesel.
Redução da Petrobras não impactou no Ceará
A Petrobras anunciou, no meio deste mês, que o preço da gasolina iria reduzir em R$ 0,13 para as distribuidoras, mas essa baixa não chegou ao consumidor final no Ceará.
Foi o que disse o assessor de economia do Sindipostos, Antonio José, em fala à Rádio O POVO CBN.
Segundo ele, essa queda não tem nenhuma relação com o preço do varejo, porque a Petrobras não é mais um monopólio no refino da gasolina no Brasil.
E, aqui no Ceará, o que vai determinar o preço é a concorrência local, entre as distribuidoras e o do mercado internacional.
“Aqui no Ceará, por exemplo, hoje a predominância não é nem gasolina vinda dessa distribuidora (Petrobras), a grande maioria, em torno de 35% a 40% é importado e dessas refinarias aqui do Nordeste”, disse.
Média de preços dos combustíveis segundo a ANP
O preço médio do litro da gasolina nos postos de abastecimento de todo o País caiu 0,9%, para R$ 5,35 por litro, na semana entre os dias 18 e 24 de junho, conformr a Agência Nacional de Petróleo, Gás Natural e Biocombustíveis (ANP).
Na semana, o valor médio do insumo era de R$ 5,40 por litro.
A queda no varejo reflete a redução nos preços das refinarias da Petrobras, dominante no setor, implementada no fim da semana passada.
No Ceará, a queda foi de R$ 0,07, caindo de R$ 5,32 para R$ 5,25. Em termos percentuais, a redução foi de 1,3%.
O diesel A S-10 também registrou queda no preço médio nacional apurado nos postos de abastecimento no período, de 1%, para R$ 5,05 o litro ante R$ 5,10 na semana anterior.
No Estado, o diesel também teve redução, passando de R$ 5,03 para R$ 4,96, uma queda de 1,3%.
Já o gás liquefeito de petróleo (GLP) ou gás de cozinha também apresentou uma queda, de 0,25%, no preço médio do botijão de 13 quilos nessa semana. O produto passou a custar, na média nacional, R$ 103,29 ante R$ 103,55 sete dias atrás.
Quando leva-se em consideração o Ceará, o GLP quase não sofreu alteração, mas também oscilou para baixo, passando de R$ 101,84 para R$ 101,48.
