Um homem foi preso e autuado em flagrante sob a acusação de tentar matar seu irmão a golpes de faca durante a noite de domingo, 02. O acusado foi identificado como José Victory Rodrigues, 19 anos. A vítima foi seu irmão Juan Cléssio Rodrigues, de 18.
O blog Camocim Polícia 24h apurou junto à Polícia Militar que por volta das 21h30, o Pelotão da PM de Granja recebeu uma denúncia sobre uma briga envolvendo dois irmãos em uma residência localizada na Rua Conrado Porto, no bairro São Francisco.
Para o local foi acionada uma equipe do P.O.G. sob o comando do Subtenente Araújo e chegando se deparou com a vítima de nome Juan Cléssio que teria relatado que seu irmão José Victory havia lhe lesionado a golpes de faca na altura do cotovelo do braço esquerdo. Ainda segundo a polícia, o caso só não terminou em tragédia porque os familiares se meteram para impedir que o acusado continuasse as agressões.
O acusado ainda se encontrava no local e recebeu voz de prisão dos policiais. O caso foi levado para a DRPC de Granja, onde o delegado plantonista ratificou a prisão e o autuou em flagrante sob acusação de tentativa de homicídio, artigo 121, II, combinado com artigo 14 do CPB (tentativa de homicídio), sendo ele transferido a um presídio em Sobral.
