Prefeitura de Sobral inicia instalação das novas câmeras de videomonitoramento do município
Em Sobral, 40 pontos diferentes irão receber estrutura para instalação das câmeras de videomonitoramento. O primeiro local a receber as novas câmeras é o Parque Lagoa da Fazenda e o Boulevard do Arco, visando atender às demandas das festividades do aniversário de 250 anos do município.
A expectativa é que a conclusão desta etapa seja no fim de outubro. Ao todo, serão 109 câmeras espalhadas na cidade, que vão poder auxiliar na identificação de suspeitos e veículos usados em delitos, com captação e processamento de imagens de alta resolução.
Os equipamentos são monitorados pela Guarda Civil Municipal de Sobral, que atua de forma integrada com outras forças de segurança, Defesa Civil, Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência (SAMU) e Corpo de Bombeiros.
