Salários atrasados e dívida de R$ 2 milhões: o “grito de socorro” do Guarany de Sobral
Vivendo grave crise financeira, o tradicional time do interior do Ceará precisou encerrar as atividades por tempo indeterminado diante do colapso interno causado por salários atrasados, bloqueio judicial e dívidas trabalhistas
Em grave crise financeira, a diretoria do Guarany de Sobral precisou tomar uma difícil decisão: interromper, por tempo indeterminado, as atividades do clube. Tradicional time do interior do Ceará, a atitude foi um “grito de socorro” diante da insustentável situação que o Rubro-Negro vive, potencializada por dívidas trabalhistas que ultrapassam R$ 2 milhões, quatro meses de salários atrasados e patrocínio da prefeitura bloqueado na justiça.
Em conversa exclusiva com o Esportes O POVO, Marcos Maciel, presidente do Guarany de Sobral, explicou o momento em detalhes. Segundo o mandatário, o colapso interno causado pela falta de dinheiro tornou o dia a dia do clube inviável.
“É uma decisão difícil, mas tínhamos que fazer algo. Essa decisão vem também como um grito de socorro. Temos uma dificuldade muito grande, nossos funcionários estão há quatro meses sem receber salário. Alguns ainda se mantiveram por terem outros afazeres, outras formas de renda extra, então muitos se seguraram até esse momento. Mas infelizmente a gente passa por esse momento difícil”, disse.
O processo, agora, passa por correr atrás de ajuda. A principal esperança está na renovação com alguns parceiros do clube, cenário que poderia trazer algum tipo de alívio momentâneo. Entre as várias incertezas, há pelo menos a garantia de que o treinador Fernando Conrado, anunciado na última semana para a disputa da Fares Lopes, segue como profissional do clube.
“Estamos tomando medidas para solucionar essa situação. Estamos lutando para renovar algumas parcerias, o que nos daria um fôlego para retornar e iniciar a competição da Fares Lopes. Se Deus quiser, em um futuro bem próximo, tenho certeza que não vai demorar muito, tudo vai se resolver para botarmos a casa em ordem. O nosso treinador, Fernando Conrado, ele se mantém, então já facilita essa situação”, contou.
Dívidas trabalhistas e bloqueio judicial
Um dos principais problemas atuais que o Guarany de Sobral enfrenta é um bloqueio judicial de um repasse financeiro feito pela prefeitura. O patrocínio está retido por conta de causas trabalhistas que o clube possui, dívida superior a R$ 2 milhões, uma “herança” deixada por gestões anteriores, segundo Marcos Maciel.
“Em relação ao repasse, que foi bloqueado pela justiça por causas trabalhistas, um patrocínio da prefeitura, então foi bloqueado e por ser repasse, por ter plano de trabalho, dentro do plano de trabalho não pode ter dívidas trabalhistas. Então estamos com esse problema e esperamos que se resolva para que possamos tirar o Guarany da situação que ele está. Estamos trabalhando no limite há muito tempo, na dificuldades, mas estamos lutando para que dias melhores venham para o Guarany de Sobral”, concluiu.
