Três acusados de crime de homicídio contra “David de Souza” no bairro Alto do Cristo são presos pela PC-CE
Na manhã do dia 09.08.2023 (quarta-feira), uma ação do Núcleo de Homicídios e Proteção à Pessoa (NHPP), com apoio operacional da equipe da Delegacia Regional de Sobral, culminou no cumprimento de Mandados de Prisão Preventiva e Mandados de Buscas Domiciliares.
A ação policial resultou nas prisões de *VICTOR PEREIRA OLIVEIRA*, vulgo *”VT”*, de *FRANCISCO DHEFFERSON FROTA SOUSA* e de *MARIA ANDRESSA SILVA VIEIRA*, investigados por envolvimento no crime de Homicídio no qual foi vítima *DAVID DE SOUZA CARVALHO*, conhecido como *”VAMPIRINHO”.
Além disso, foram executadas Buscas Domiciliares nos endereços dos alvos no bairro Alto do Cristo em Sobral, oportunidade na qual foram apreendidos 02 (dois) aparelhos celulares e 01 (uma) motocicleta utilizada no crime.
As diligências foram autorizadas judicialmente por meio de decisão expedida pelo 5° Núcleo de Custódia de Sobral, Relembre o caso.
No dia 23.06.2023, indivíduos executaram a vítima *DAVID DE SOUZA CARVALHO*, conhecido como *”VAMPIRINHO”*, através de múltiplos golpes de faca, fato ocorrido na Travessa João XXIII, bairro Alto do Cristo.
A vítima, mesmo com várias perfurações, conseguiu andar alguns metros em busca de ajuda, mas infelizmente não resistiu e veio a óbito no local.
Através de diligências investigativas, a equipe policial conseguiu identificar e qualificar 03 (três) pessoas envolvidas com o crime, capturadas nesta data.
Após os procedimentos, os presos foram entregues a disposição do Poder Judiciário.
As investigações seguem para identificar outros envolvidos no crime citado.
Importante destacar ainda a participação da população através de *denúncias anônimas* ao WhatsApp da Delegacia Regional de Sobral 3677-4711.
