Câmara de Santa Quitéria abre processo de cassação contra prefeita interina
Por nove votos a um, a Câmara Municipal de Santa Quitéria acolheu denúncia e abrirá o processo de cassação da prefeita interina Lígia Protásio, em face de supostas infrações político-administrativas praticadas. A ação se dá com apenas quatro meses de Ligia no comando da Prefeitura.
A sessão foi marcada por posicionamentos enérgicos dos vereadores presentes, que reclamaram a falta de relação institucional do Executivo com o Legislativo, teceram críticas de problemas que estão ocorrendo e defenderam a necessidade de se investigar os fatos apresentados pela assistente social Bruna de Sousa Pereira.
– Votaram a favor: Gessiane Cordeiro, Viana, Aurismênia Chaves, Irmão Pereira, Gardel Padeiro, Douglas Lira, Jarina Cavalcante, Cesário Junior e Eliandro Mesquita
– Votou contra: Renato Catunda
– Não votaram: Joel Barroso (presidente), Dânio Braga e Miúdo (ausentes)
Como único voto contrário, Renato rebateu e considerou que se trata de uma “manobra política para manchar a imagem da prefeita”. Após a votação, foi sorteada a comissão processante que conduzirá os trabalhos de apuração por até 90 dias, sendo Viana presidente, Aurismênia relatora e Miúdo como membro.
Em até cinco dias, Lígia deverá ser notificada e terá um prazo de 10 dias para poder apresentar a sua defesa prévia perante a comissão.
A denúncia é embasada em:
– Irregularidades no processo de chamamento público para escolha de entidade que trabalhou na 30ª Exposição Agropecuária, que chegou a ser contestado pelo Ministério Público e Justiça e posteriormente liberado com ressalvas;
– Pagamento da empresa contratada no chamamento público (Sindicato Rural), no valor de R$ 203 mil, horas após a decisão judicial que suspendeu o processo;
– Pagamento de combustíveis para ônibus escolares, via Secretaria de Agricultura, considerando que o valor do contrato vigente já contempla este abastecimento dos veículos;
– Não adotar medidas para regularizar o transporte escolar, mediante recomendação expedida pelo MP.
Até o fechamento desta matéria, a prefeita interina não havia se posicionado sobre o assunto, apenas compartilhando postagens de correligionários com a #golpistasnãopassarão.
