Ministério Público denuncia vereador de Choró e outros dois homens por homicídio em posto de combustível em Quixadá
O Ministério Público do Estado do Ceará (MPCE), por meio da 1° Promotoria de Justiça de Quixadá, denunciou à Justiça, nesta terça-feira (20), o vereador do município de Choró, Manoel Carneiro de Figueiredo Neto, vulgo ‘Neto Carneiro’, pela morte de D.A.V, ocorrida na manhã do dia 29 de janeiro de 2024. Também foram denunciados por envolvimento no crime Carlos Henrique da Silva Flor e Francisco Felipe de Lima Nascimento. O MP pediu ainda a manutenção da prisão preventiva de todos os denunciados.
Segundo a denúncia, expedida pelo promotor de Justiça titular, Bruno Barreto, o crime foi motivado por vingança, porque a vítima é suspeita de ter assassinado o irmão do vereador. O crime premeditado ocorreu em um posto de combustível na Estrada do Algodão, no município de Quixadá. Os envolvidos surpreenderam a vítima no momento em que ela, embriagada, encontrava-se sozinha numa loja de conveniência daquele posto, para, então, atacá-la por trás, efetuando diversos tiros. Além dos denunciados, um adolescente também participou do crime.
Diante disso, a 1° Promotoria de Justiça de Quixadá denunciou o grupo por homicídio qualificado por motivo torpe, emprego de meio cruel e utilização de recurso que dificultou a defesa da vítima. Eles também vão responder por associação criminosa armada, corrupção de menor de 18 anos e receptação, por transportarem e conduzirem arma de fogo proveniente de furto anterior.
A Câmara Municipal de Choró também foi comunicada pelo MP para que sejam adotadas as providências cabíveis em relação ao mandato legislativo do vereador.
